Phillip Owen is Managing Director of RPG Consulting and is a Chartered Financial Planner, Certified Financial Planner and is a Fellow of the institute of Financial planning.

As one of the UK's leading financial planners, Phillip has been involved in the profession for over fifteen years, and is one of the most highly qualified and experienced financial planners in the country. Previously Phillip assisted theCII/PFS as an examiner for the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate.

He carries the formal title of Certified Financial Planner, a new internationally recognised kite mark for high quality financial advice. There are only four hundred individuals in the Britain who have so far been able to reach this status.

David has worked in financial planning from shortly after graduating from the University of Manchester.

As a Director of RPG Consulting, David brings ten years of experience in the financial planning profession and is an Associate of the Institute if Financial Planning.

David is AFPC qualified, and is currently working towards his Certified and Chartered Status. As a fully qualified professional, David specialises in advanced planning for pensions and employee benefits.
